Refund Policy

Because MEMESCOPE products are digital files, refunds may be limited once a file has been delivered or accessed.

Digital Product Refunds

All MEMESCOPE products are digital informational wallet list files. Once a digital file is delivered, downloaded, or accessed after checkout, refund eligibility may be limited because the product cannot be returned the way a physical item can.

When Support Can Help

If you experience any of the following, contact support@memescope.xyz with your order number and checkout email:

Delivery issueYour file was not delivered and no download link was received after a completed and confirmed order.
Duplicate chargeYou were charged more than once for the same order. Include both order numbers.
Wrong fileYou received a file that does not match the product name shown on your receipt.
Damaged or unreadable fileThe file you downloaded is corrupted and cannot be opened after multiple download attempts.
File access problemYou cannot access the download link despite a completed and confirmed order.

No Result-Based Refunds

MEMESCOPE does not guarantee trading results, market performance, or profit of any kind. Refunds are not available based on market outcomes, trading decisions made using a wallet list, or personal results after purchasing a file.
