MEMESCOPE sells digital wallet list files and market research materials. All products are digital downloads provided for informational and educational purposes only. No physical items are sold or shipped.

Nothing on MEMESCOPE is financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. MEMESCOPE is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment service of any kind.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for their own research, trading decisions, risk management, and use of any information purchased from the store. MEMESCOPE is not liable for customer trading outcomes, losses, or decisions made using wallet list files.
No Guarantees
MEMESCOPE does not guarantee profits, future market performance, trading outcomes, accuracy of wallet behavior, or the usefulness of any file for any particular purpose. All purchases are made at the customer's own discretion and risk.
Personal Use Only
Digital files purchased from MEMESCOPE are for the personal research use of the purchasing customer only. Reselling, redistributing, leaking, repackaging, sharing publicly, or commercially exploiting MEMESCOPE files is not permitted under any circumstances.
Digital Delivery
Products are delivered digitally after checkout through Shopify Digital Downloads. MEMESCOPE is not responsible for delivery failures caused by customer email errors, spam filters, or third-party service interruptions outside of MEMESCOPE's control.
Refunds
Because MEMESCOPE products are digital files, refunds may be limited once a file has been delivered or accessed. See the Refund Policy page for full details. Refunds are not provided for market performance, trading outcomes, or personal results.
Changes To Terms
MEMESCOPE reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MEMESCOPE and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of products, information, or services on this store.
